Spending time with friends and family on vacations is what I always enjoy. I planned a trip to Tirupati recently with my family to spend a vacation with my friends. There are many ways to reach Tirupati from Bangalore. However I decided to travel by train as it is very convenient and also a reasonable way of travelling in short distances. There are many mazing superfast trains at different timings available from Bangalore junction.

I searched the IRCTC for the best trains available in this route. The seat availability in the first class Non AC of the Tirupati Express 22617 was good so I booked the tickets in it. The train departs from Bangalore Junction at 7.40 am and reaches Tirupati at 13.40. The distance of the train is easily covered and it was a very enjoyable journey.
The train has various stoppages in between like Bangalore Cant, Bangarapet, Katpadi Junction and Chittor. The railways also have a pantry car in the train and serves beverages and other snacks from time to time. The coach of the train was neat and clean and the attached toilets were also good. It was a very pleasant journey in the train to Tirupati.
